If needed, place your hands on a chair or a Large Foam Block for balance.

2- Squeeze and release the block between your ankles/feet.

Keep your stomach muscles relaxed.
You should feel the contraction in your butt area, if you don’t, widen your knees.
Do not contract your butt muscles, focus on the ankles
Look straight ahead.
Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions.

This exercise will promote the stability on your hips.

SITTING ABDUCTOR PRESSES

1- Sit in the middle of a Large Foam Block with your feet pointed straight ahead, 4-6 inches apart.

2- Place the Strap/Yoga Belt around your knees about a fist distance apart.

3- Roll your pelvis forward to place a small arch in your lower back and hold this position.

4- Press outward against the strap then release.

This exercise will promote pelvis extension and stability

STATIC BACK ELBOW ABDUCTION

1- Lie on your back with your legs up over a Large Foam Block, knees at a 90 degree angle (the back of your legs should be touching the large block).

Relax your legs, back and stomach

2- Place the Strap/Yoga Belt around your arms just above the elbows.

3- Place the Small Foam Block between your knees.

4- Place your knuckles on your temples with your hands in the golfer’s grip position so that your elbows are pointed straight up toward the ceiling.

5- Press out sideways against the strap for 2 seconds, then release.
